When your coworker, friend, or community member is going through something hard, do you know what to say?

Most people don’t.

Our workshops will change that.

The One Skill Everyone Needs
But Nobody Talks About

What is the Grief Literacy Program?

After 17 years of working with grieving families, we've seen a clear need for better grief literacy in our community. Too often, people avoid talking about grief or say well-meaning but hurtful things, leaving grieving community members feeling isolated and misunderstood.

Our workshops will change that.

We teach individuals, communities, and professionals how to navigate grief with empathy and understanding. Grief is sometimes about death, but not always - it includes life changes like chronic illness, divorce, relocation, or the loss of a dream.
